The account will automatically unlock 90 minutes after it was locked – once. 因此, you should be able to unlock your own account by waiting 90 minutes and then using the “reset password” function prior to locking yourself out a second time. If you are locked out of online or mobile banking after hours, you can use our telephone banking system at 888.224.6272 for your banking needs, with the exception of depositing a check by a smart device. Our automated card monitoring provider, 猎鹰诈骗中心, monitors card transactions 24 hours a day, 一周7天, and alerts you when a suspicious card transaction is detected. 如怀疑有舞弊行为, your card may be temporarily suspended while we try to reach you by phone, 电子邮件, and/or text message to protect you from ongoing fraud. The alert will always include the last 4 digits of your card number and a description of the transaction. You do not need to provide personal information in response to an alert – simply reply in the manner you received the alert to let us know whether the transaction is authorized or fraud.
